Do you have a morning routine? One that’s just for you. Not one determined by other people. I’m not going to say I have this life-changing-magical morning routine, but it works for me and that’s the point. Do the things that work for YOU. Mine is simple. • • 1. I listen to something inspiring (NO tv in the morning) 2. I drink my coffee in silence and read my one minute with god devotional. 3. I do “somewhat” of a meditation. Really it’s just silence, breathing deeply, and stretching.
